Additions and improvements to your health information in MyChart:

At SIH we believe you should be able to see your important health information as soon as it is available. Beginning February 1, 2021 you may see additional health information in your MyChart and more timely notification of test results.

  •   • If you had a test at SIH, your result will be sent to your MyChart as soon as it is final. This means, however, that you may see the result before your provider. Please allow 7 days for your provider to review your test result and advise you on your care.
  •   • If you have seen a provider at a SIH Medical Group office, an SIH hospital emergency department or during a hospitalization at an SIH hospital, the provider visit note will now be sent to your MyChart.

  • Please note with the additional health information being sent to your MyChart, if you have granted a proxy access to your MyChart, your Proxy also has access to this additional information.
